Rods of normal quality with a diameter of 5.5 mm with the following requirements: Chemical. Composition (%) - C 0.02-0.05 (+ - 0.02), Mn 0.25-0.40 (+ - 0.04), Cu (not more than) 0.10 (+ 0, 03), C (not more than) 0.025 (+ 0.005), P (not more than) 0.020 (+0.005), Al 0.02-0.06 (+ - 0.005).
