We buy Russian D2 in IPL Bukom or OPL 103 104 spot deal minimum 50,000 MT - maximum 500,000 MT shipment. Payment is by 50%, 40%, 10%. a) The 50% of the total purchase value of the cargo shall be released by the Buyer's stakeholders (Law Firm Singapore) upon discharging vessel and receiving vessel being alongside with hoses connected. b) The 40% of the total purchase value of the cargo shall be released by the Buyer's stakeholder after 50% of the cargo has been successfully transferred from discharging vessel into the receiving vessel. c) The balance 10% of the total cargo value shall be paid in cash to the seller once cargo is fully and successfully transferred. We hope both parties can place the performance bond (PB) at their respective lawyer's office in Singapore and all transactions will be signed under the Singapore law jurisdiction.
