This buyer wants to purchase through 3 options :- tank to vessel procedure- CIF procedure with DLC- TTO procedure.My buyer is ready to pay partially, and even fully,once they have received the Q&Q SGS (or equivalent report) and checked by themselves directly to SGS the reality of the notification.I have a letter of Research, happy to share after the NCNDA signature.
