Buyer issues ICPO, Corporate Profile & Passport Copy 2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI) for the available quantity in storage tank in Singapore, 3 days tank extension Commercial Invoice (CI) and Seller’s issues guarantee letter to buyer guaranteeing refund of 3 days tank extension payment if seller does not release POP documents after 5 working days upon receipt of buyer’s paymentNote: 3 days tank extension payment remitted by buyer is A) to lease tank from seller to drain fuel from storage reservoir to tanks for buyer & hisinspection team to perform dip test. Each tank comprised of 50,000MT B) to obtain Fresh SGS report conducted by seller in order to issue POP documents to buyer 3. Buyer return signed CI and issues a guarantee letter stating that they will strictly follow theagreed transactional FOB Singapore working procedure 4. Upon confirmation of buyer’s tank extension payment, Seller programs Injection & issues tobuyer the following documents after injection: A) 3 days Unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA)B) Fresh SGS Report inspected in Singapore Shore TanksC) Tank Storage receipt (TSR)D) Authorization for sical Verifications of the product (ATV)E) Injection Report Shore Tank in SingaporeF) Certificate of OriginG) Commitment to SupplyH) Product PassportI) NCND IMFPA by the Seller & their bank 5. Upon successful verification of POP documents, within 24 hours buyer issues to seller TSA CPA for seller’s verification. Alternatively if buyer does not have TSA and CPA is not ready, buyer issues a letter to Seller informing the willingness to extend seller’s tank for numerous of days after performing dip test. Tank extension payment to be remitted together with final cargopayment Note : Upon receipt of POP documents, within 24 hours if buyer doesn’t respond to seller withTSA, CPA or Letter that specify to take over seller’s tank after performance of dip test, seller reserved the right to terminate the transaction. All tank extension payments made will be forfeited Upon successful verification & approval of buyer’s TSA or CPA, buyer order SGS to conduct Dip Test in the Seller’s Tank on Buyer’s expense based on 3 days unconditional dip test authorization. After performance of dip test, buyer must immediately issue TSR or Q88 must to seller immediately. If buyer delay in issuance of TSR or Q88, buyer shall bear all demurragecharges. Demurrage charges shall not exceed 3 days. Otherwise seller reserved the right to terminate the transaction and 3 days tank extension payment made will not be refunded 6. Seller commences immediately the injection into buyer’s tank Chartered Vessel. 7. For buyer with TSA & TSR CPA & Q88, buyer makes payment by MT103T T for the total product. Upon confirmation of buyer’s final cargo payment, seller issues the Title ofOwnership certificate to be followed by all export documentations & buyer lifts the product.Seller pays all the Intermediaries involve in the transaction.For buyer extend seller’s tank after performance of dip test, buyer makes payment by MT103T Tfor the total product and tank extensions, seller issues the Title of Ownershipcertificate to be followed by all export documentations and & buyer lifts the product. Seller pays all the Intermediaries involve in the transaction. 8. Contract commences as per term & conditions agreed between seller & buyer .
