We need a supplier for plywood trays, footboards, and other support parts for the wheelchairs. We currently have an order requirement as follows: Drawing # 1011597: 220 pcs., Beech Veneer 1007227: 750 pcs., Beech Veneer 1011598: 150 pcs., Beech Veneer 1007741: 225 pcs., Beech Melamine with inserts 1004565: 140 pcs., Beech Melamine with inserts 1004543: 300 pcs., Beech Melamine 1004544: 300 pcs., Beech Melamine We have attached drawings, and some photos to show you the quality we require. Specifications: - Plywood should be E0 or E1 Finishing (painting) has to be non-toxic. Children will use the wheelchair and they might bite the wood, so the paint must be safe for children. The edge of the melamine parts also need to be painted. Colour : clear lacquer. Packing : Bulk packing, must sure parts can not touch each other and get scratches. Please quote FOB to your nearest main port. This will be repeat orders, and we have other parts we will want you to make as well.
