We are a semi professional women basketball team that is also part of the WABA (Women’s American Basketball Association). Our team consists of women from diverse backgrounds including mothers, college graduates and women who have been overseas. On July 31st 2021, we will be playing in our first home game, and our dream is for it to be monumental and memorable. So far, we have carefully designed a series of games and entertainment activities that will keep all our spectators in awe. We have also taken it upon ourselves to help the less privileged by doing food giveaways to 300 families, at an upcoming tournament and equally giving out 300 backpacks with school supplies at our first home game. Each pack is estimated at $15 and we will also be incurring lots of expenditures for media coverage, transportation, hotel bills, gym rental and paying referees, etc. However, we wouldn’t be able to make this dream become a reality without important partners like you.
