Hello dear,I would like to you brief you about the current WORKING prototype,We have picked up a Raspberry-Pi, added WiFI shield for internet connectivityand using IO pins for gathering data through different sensors.Then on specific time intervals, we post that data to servers, so for thisthe process we have a python script running in raspberry pi consisting business logicSo, in short, we are working with,Raspberry-Pi + WiFi + Sensors + Python codeSo we wish to design an integrated solution for this, that can sustain inindustrial environment and could be scalable and produced in large quantities.The core requirements of the IOT device as follows, please go through it:1. Device must be industry grade (EMF Issue, Voltage, Heat, Vibration)2. Device must be operated on industrial voltage DC 24V 5AMP3. The device at least have 5-8 IO's which operate on same 24v 5amp DC4. The device should have local storage (Either SD card or something inbuilt)5. For connectivity purposes, lar 4G connectivity (recommended) and also want the WiFi connectivity options.6. It should be programmable.7.
