For our project procurement we need the following components.Specification of full bore electromagnetic flow meter are below.1) Power source : 24v( must be in built battery operated ).2) Protection glass : IP-68.3) Accuracy : 2%4) Limit flow velocities of water from 0.1m s to 10m s.5) Minimum conductivity of water = 20 s cm6) Working water pressure = 6 to 10bar.7) Communication serial data( RS232)8) Security of data and password= must be end to end encrypted.Full bore electromagnetic flow meter should be designed , manufactured and calibrated according to ISO 4064 standard. The flow meter shall be capable of measure directional flow, providing separate tantalizers for both direction. Electromagnetic flow meter shall be internal battery and a velocity sensing electromagnetic type , microprocessor based , sealed housing and flanged tube meter for 10 to 16 bar as specified.The meter shall be equipped with minimum eight digit digital totalizers, selectable engineering unit and shall be accurate within 0.5% of true flow .
