If the buyer is unable to provide the CIQ China Customs report within this time, the loading port report of AHK CCIC will be final and binding for the 100% payment. 5000 WMT-货物价值100%的即期信用证付款。根据卸货港CIQ 中国海关出具的质量和重量证明付款，该证明必须在卸货港卸货完毕后10天内提交或传真 电子邮件给卖方。如果买方不能在这段时间内提供CIQ 中国海关报告，AHK CCIC的装货港报告将是最终的，对100%付款具有约束力。 Buyer has to open the LC within 5 working days after the date of this countersigned contract.
