Similar to Annex E(d) Colour Assorted colours(e) InsulationPerformance 6-12 hours (holding heat and cold)(f) Feature 1 a fitting SUS SS 316 strainer(g) Feature 2 Leak proof(h) Feature 3 double wall vacuum insulation(i) Feature 4 anti-skase2.3 MarkingsEach Vacuum Thermal Flask shall be clearly and legibly marked with the material specification e.g. SUS SS 316 on its:(a) strainer; and(b) interior2.4 Finishing and WorkmanshipThe Contractor shall be responsible for all inspection to meet the specifications. The Authority reserved the right to perform quality audit and inspection when necessary2.5 Packing and PackagingUnless otherwise specified, each piece of Vacuum Thermal Flask shall be indivrapped with plastic and packed in a box. In addition, the Contractor is required to provmation on the product's usages and specifications for each piece of Vacuum Thermal Flask. A suitable of boxes (in multiple of 10s) shall be packed in a carton.2.6 Pre-Production Samples(a) The approval of pre-production samples shall authorise the commencement of production but does not relieve the supplier from the responsibility to comply with all applicable provisions in this specification in subsequent production.(b) The supplier, before going into production, shall furnish at least one sample to the Authority or its representatives for approval.3. Submission of sical Sample(s)3.1 Participating Suppliers are required to submit sical sample(s) of their proposed SUS SS 316 Stainless Steel Vacuum Thermal Flask for the Authority's evaluation. The sample(s) shall be submitted to the undermentioned during office hours: All sical samples shall be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the closing date of Quotation. Failure to submit the sample(s) will render the submitted quotation disqualified from evaluation. Interested supplier please pass namecard for reference.Thank You
