Dear Sir Madam, This is Ibrahim Samaan from Purifas I'm looking for a manufacturer of a product with the following specifications: The product is patented. Please refer to attached PDF and below images of prototype sample. The Product is disposable Face Sheet for Massage Beds used by Chiro sio Therapists. It is foreseen similar to facial tissues and how it is packaged, where 100 sheets are interlaced in a box, and pulls out the top of the box in same manner. The material specifications are on the drawing. (Polypropylene sheet double ply – heat pressed staked) Initial forecast and MOQ of the product is 1,000,000 sheets = 10,000 boxes per order per month. Please quote on tooling die and units cost. This product is unit cost sensitive, and some automation semi-automation tooling costs to optimise the unit cost will be acceptable.
