Buyer issues ICPO along with company registration + Buyer's Passport Copy for Data File. 2. Seller Issues Commercial Invoice to Buyer. 3. Buyer returns to Seller the Signed Commercial Invoice. 4. Seller provides Buyer with the PPOP documents as below: a. Fresh SGS Report (Nor older than 48 hours) inspected and issued in Rotterdam, Netherlands b. Product Tank Reservoir Receipt in Rotterdam with GPS Coordinator c. Accreditation Certificate d. Product Passport (Quantity and Quality Analysis) e. Authorization to Sell and Collect Certificate (ATSCC) f. Injection Report (IR) in Rotterdam, Netherlands g. Certificate of Products Origin h. Statement of Product availability from the Ministry of Energy i. Allocation Transaction Passport Code Certificate j. Authority to Verify (ATV) + Invitation to do a sical site visit in Seller’s Tank and get the confirmation endorsed by Seller’s Tank Storage Management to reconfirm this nominated Product to Buyer is really in Seller’s Tank. 5. Upon successful verification of the Partial POP documents and the product being nominated to Buyer is really in Seller’s tank storage and get the confirmation endorsed by Seller’s tank storage management to reconfirm the product has been really nominated to Buyer, Buyer orders SGS team or equivalent team to conduct Dip Test on the product in Seller’s tank at Buyer’s expenses 6. Following the completion of the Dip Test, Buyer either provides his tank storage receipt (TSR) to or CPA for his vessel, for the related injection arrangement. 7. Upon completion of full injection, Seller issues to Buyer full injection report. 8. Buyer pays total cost of the Product to Seller by MT103 or TT within 3 (Three) working days AFTER receiving the Injection Report by Seller on completion of injection into either Buyer’s nominated Tank, or vessel. Seller confirms Buyer payment and then transfers the Title of the ownership of this nominated product to Buyer along with all necessary export documents into Buyer’s name. 9. Buyer Sells or Collects the product. Price: Platts minus US$8.00 BBL GROSS; 50:50 US$6.00 BBL NET
