We need a complete turnkey system for Mfg organic fertilizer & Chemical NPK & Chemical Micro nutrients Granulation system of 12 Tons per Hour x 2 Machinery. We have been in the fertilizer Industry over the past 40 years and we are also exporting our organic and chemical fertilizers to several countries. Currently we are doing organic and chemical granulated fertilizers with a production capacity of 5 tons per hour rotating drum type granulator. We are manufacturing granulated micronutrient products currently.We are looking to expand our product range and we are looking at 12 tons per hour output and we are manufacture the following products1. Organic Micronutrient Fertilizer: Base Material: Fire Clay – 92%Other Materials: Organic Micronutrients – 7%2. NPK Compound fertilizer:Base Material: Dolomite Gypsum FireclayOther Materials: Mixture of Urea, Potash, Diammonium ste, Single Super ste, Triple Super ste & Rock ste as per various grades permitted in India3. Zinc Sulte Granular:Base Material: Zinc Sulte Heptahydrate Crystals4. Copper Sulte Granular: Base Material: Copper Sulte Pentahydrate CrystalOther materials: Fire clay Gypsum5. Micro nutrients Compound FertilizerBase Materials: Mixture of Zinc sulte heptahydrate, Copper Sulte, Manganese Sulte, Ferrous Sulte, Boric Acid and Magnesium SulteOther Materials: Gypsum & Fire ClayWe are looking for a round shaped finished products and also we are planning to produce color dye coated granules. Hence we need separate color dye coating equipment to be a part of this machinery.The machinery must contain the following components1. Feeding hopper with weighment system (Load : (Charging Manual if NPK, Fillers like Gypsum, Fireclay & Dolomite through Vacuum sucking from lorry directly)2. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from feeding hopper to crusher grinder3. Crusher & Grinder: Breaking & Grinding all fertilizers and filler to 200 microns4. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from crusher grinder to Ribbon Blender5. Ribbon Blender: (With Liquid Dosing System): For uniform mixing of all fertilizers and fillers and also liquid is added to moisturize and the liquid contains additional nutrients in a controlled dozing system6. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from Ribbon Blender to Pelletizer7. Pelletizer: Product uniform pellets of the size for producing 4 mm granules8. Granulator: Convert the Pellets to round granules in three stage process.9. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from Granulator to Siever10. Siever: Allow only uniform sized granules of 4mm to dye coating granulator and separate powder and unshaped sized granules back to ribbon blender for reprocess11. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from Siever to Dye coating Granulator12. Dye Coating Granulator: After producing round shaped granules spray the dye to coat on the fertilizer uniformly.13. Shining Granulator: After coating dye on the round shaped granules produce shiny outer surface14. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from Shining Granulator to Rotating drum Heater15. Rotating Drum Dryer: Apply hot air to dry the material to remove all moisture < 3%. Finished Goods Moisture must be less than 3% 16. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from Rotating Drum Dryer to Cooling Drum17. Cooling Drum: To cool the heated granules18. Screw conveyor: Transfer to material from Cooling drum to Cyclone Separator19. Cyclone Separator: To Collect any dust20. Siever: Allow only uniform sized granules of 4mm dried granules to finished hopper and separate powder and unshaped sized granules back to Crusher & Grinder for reprocess21. Finished Goods Hopper: To Store Dried finished goods in hopper for packing22. Automatic Weighment & Packing System: To Weigh 25 50 Kg in two em with load and automatic Bag Stitching MachineryThe Entire unit must be 100% Dust free and completed closed.
