I can present proof of funds (POF) and bank endorsement BLC. A1 Our accepted procedure: 1. The buyers issues a complete OIPC with the company. 2. The Seller Issues the commercial invoice for the buyer to sign, complete and return. 3. That Seller issues the following documents: A. Injection report. B. I Tank storage receipt. C. SGS Fresh Less than 48 hrs. D. Letter of commitment to supply the product. E. ATV. F. ATSC. 4. The Buyer verifies and confirmed the dip Test and proceeds a deliver the ATI, TSR Vessel to the seller to inject the product into the buyers tanks. 5. The buyers pays 100% of the product through Swift MT103. 6. The Seller transfers the property title and export documents in favour of the Buyer. 7.
