INVITATION TO QUOTEGentlemen:1.tYou are invited to submit your price quotation(s) for the supply of the following items:(i) Electric Heaters(ii) Spare parts. 2.tThe Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) No. 4216-UZ in single currency and intends to apply the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contracts for which this invitation for quotation is issued.3.tYou shall quote for all the items under this Invitation. Price quotations will be evaluated for all the items together and contract awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated total cost of all the items.4.tYour quotation in duplicate and in English language should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and catalogue(s) and other printed material or pertinent information for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing service facilities in the Republic of Uzbekistan.5.tThe deadreceipt of your quotation by the Purchaser at the addressed indicated in Paragra5 is:t__30__April 20026.tQuotations by fax are acceptable but quotations sent in this manner must be complete. The award will be made to the firm offering the lowest evaluated price and that meets the required standards of technical and financial capabilities. (iii) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotation should be valid for a period of 45 days from the date of receipt for quotation as indicated in Paragra6 of this Invitation to Quote.8. tDelivery schedule is as follows:Splitting of supplies into separate Packages is acceptable, since dates of delivery are priority-driven. Delivery schedule shall be as follows: 8 weeks (not more than 9 weeks) for delivery of the equipment to the destination station calculated from the date of receipt of the Advance payment.
