Procedures are shared with interested parties, which gives participants an ability to reject or accept the procedures. 3. If a Seller accepts the procedures, then negotiations are immediately opened with Buyer. If there are multiple Sellers selected, they can also negotiate with Buyer, but Buyer has final say with his choice.
