Dear Sir, Madam,For the OxIndus Project, I am looking for a serious, reliable and capable manufacturer of Hydraulic Briquetting Machine.I want robust enought machines as they can run at least 10 year straight through.The robustness of the machine shall be as the robustness of your 30 T h or 20 T h models,but in fact, the machines will run at lower capacity: 3 T h or 5 T h. The material to be briquetted is basically a mix of- Fine dust (10 consisting in metalic oxide and other mineral oxide (Fe2O3, ZnO, SiO2, CaO, Al2O3, MgO, NaCl, MnO, KCl,...)- Coke fines (1 mm to 3 mm)- Water (4 - 6%) will be added for the briquettingThis imput material is abrasive and corrosive (up to 10% of Chlorine)OxIndus Project will need 60 Hydraulic Briquetting Machine in the 5 coming years. These Machine are intended to operate anywhere across the world (Asia, Europe, South America, North Africa, ...)We will not source these Briquetting Machine by a supplier that cannot provide us first with the relevant and complete characteristics of its equipement.The main requirements for the machine are:- Pre-compaction system: Screw-Feeder- Hydraulic pressure control - Pressure: 200 bar- Disc Shape Briquettes Kindly provide me with:1.
