Seller's bank will issue to buyer complete pop documents a) copy of the charter contract for the transportation of the product to the port of discharge. b) copy of the vessel's questionnaire 88. c) copy of bill of lading. d) sgs report to port of loading. e) Dip test authorization (dta) and atb f) nor eta g) certificate of transfer of ownership 7. shipment starts according to the delivery schedule of the signed contract and the shipment must arrive at the buyer's port of discharge within the calendar dates analyzed in the contract agreement. sgs inspection will be handled by seller at port of loading and by buyer at port of discharge. 8. Buyer's bank upon arrival of the cargo at the port of discharge, the payment of the product will be made by the buyer via MT103 100% after (q&q) or ciq inspection report at the port of discharge.
