Hi Helen, I am interested if you can manufacture a stainless steel product for us and I also want you to give me a price quote for this product. I will provide you all the measurements and technical details for this item and I will also attach you some detailed tos. The product(body+ring) needs to be made from stainless steel, standard AISI 304. The body has the fallowing measurements: Diameter 35mm, height 40mm. Also, on the top part of the body you need to engrave a cross (please see attached tos). The cross needs to be engraved with a lathe machine and not with a laser one. We tried engraving the cross with laser and the quality is poor and the cross fades. Also, in the body you need to make a 14-16 mm hole for the stainless steel ring(the ring has to move through the body). On the opposite side of the body you need to make a 10-12 mm depth M10 screw. (see attached tos). The stainless steel ring in the tos is made from stainless steel pipe-12mm diameter 1, 5mm thickness and is welded and cleaned brushed afterwards. We are manufacturing the ring from stainless steel pipe to be more cost effective but we we are open to suggestions from your side. For example you can make us a quote price for the ring made from solid bar OD 12mm, or solid bar OD 10mm. The body and the ring need to be made from stainless steel, standard AISI 304 and have to have the polished mirror look. The product has also a 100mm long, steel screw with washer and nut. In the tos you can see that the screw is welded to the body, but it's not necessary for you to do that. This is a niche product and the quality and the price are very important.
