REQUEST FOR COPPER MILL BERRY SCRAP The Company : Le Bronze Industriel (Established 1935) is a french company specialised in casting and transformation of technical copper alloys, for automotive, aerospace, mechanical and shipping industry. Web site : www.lebronzeindustriel.com. Location : Voie de Chalons 51600 SUIPPES France. We use 150 to 250 tons of copper par month in which 100 to 200 metric tons of copper scrap millberry. The requirement : To improve our competivity, we are looking for performant and reliable suppliers, able to supply 40 Mtons per month of copper mill berry. (11 months per year) Quality : First class mill berry, of pure electrolytic copper , unoxyded, bright, unburnt, clean, no painting or soldering, dry, without tin, lead or iron, non-radioactive. Packing : preference for small compressed packets (30cmX30cmX40cm), extra cost accepted for this conditioning. Other packing shapes will have to be agreed by Le Bronze Industriel. No iron threads for packing, only pure copper ones. Packets will be placed on pallets, in containers (dry, 20 u2018u2019). Transportation : Preference for conditions CIF French sea port (Le Havre, Dunkerque), to be agreed. Inspections : Inspections will be carried out by SGS at loading sea port, to check : -conformity of material to quality specifications -conformity to packing agreements -net weight -authenticity of export documents : customs clearance and shipping documents. Price : Le Bronze Industriel will give the preference to fixed price conditions. Nevertheless, indexed price on LME can be accepted after negotiation. Price incoterm required : CIF French sea port (Le Havre preferably). Payment : 50% cash by T T against documents at ship departure . Documents required : Certificate of origin, custom clearance, authorisation of export, Bill of lading (transhipment not allowed), Invoice, Insurance Conformity certificate from SGS (quality, weight, documents). Documents will be validated by SGS, and sent to Le bronze industriel by express courier (DHL or equivalent). Founds will be transferred at reception. 50% cash by T T at arrival of container at destination . Sample : Before signing of the contract a sample expedition of 20 tons will be carried out to confirm capacity of supplier and adjust procedures. Contract duration : Contract will be signed for 6 orders of 40 T. It can be renewed, at common agreement of contractors.
