Dear possible supplier, Please be so kind and tell us if it's possible to manufacture quote us a stand-alone access control solution, as follows: The system will be installed on quay cranes, so take into consideration the fact that the product will be subjected to mechanical vibrations and increased humidity levels, as well as temperature differences between the summer and winter (typically between around -10 and + 40 degrees Celsius). The solution should have a small footprint, as to facilitate easy installation in the control cabinets. It should also be self-sufficient (by that I mean that the solution should have no need of an internet connection or a PC PLC). The product should, internally, keep a tally of who logs in at what times. The solution should only work for authorized cards, not blanks. It should consist of the main following n control unit - 2 non-card-retaining readers on either side of a door, as to facilitate the opening only for Authorized personnel, from inside and outside the operator cabin - 1 card-retaining reader on the inside of the crane cabin - 1 electromagnetic door lock for over 250kg The 2 non-retaining readers are only used for giving access to the door of the operator cabin (open close lock).
