i-milk is a start up company manufacturing milk dispensers in Sydney, presently distributed in Australia but with prospects of broader range.Please visit ouri-milk.com.au to understand a little more.We have successfully found Chinese suppliers for many of our components and now wish to form a relationship to supply a of different parts which are formed from machined acetal. As the product is used in the food industry, anything supplied must be food safe.There are around 6 different parts we require generally, 1 per unit. We would generally order supplies for 50 units in each order so one order would generally result in the requirement for 300 parts in total, but we will consider other proposals if need be.I have attached a drawing of the font collar, the part which we consider to be the most complex. I have tried to connect a .igs file but it failed to load and we may need toit direct if you need it at this stage. I would appreciate aquote for 50 of these parts as a starting part, but knowing that it will be part of a bigger, recurring order.If the quote is in the range, we will ultimately ask two suppliers to make samples to inspect for quality. Please indicate the basis on which you will supply samples.We will also later on ask the preferred suppliers to quote on the other parts.
