At OZEOL, we aim to provide businesses with an efficient and safe solution to their overstock problems.We are able to purchase a wide range of product types, and in large quantities. (Products must be compliant with EU standards)Our usual purchasing procedure is as follow:1) Supplier Manufacturer send us to offers (EXCEL FORMS) of their current overstock s with details, quantity, color s, size s, e.g.2) Our company will see if we are able to help the supplier buy the whole stock or part-of, and at what price deems reasonable3) when quantity and price have been agreed by both sides, our company will request sampling or schedule QC to inspect the goods at place of storage - case by case situation4) when overstock goods have been validated, we will make initial deposit to you5) we will then have the remaining balance T T within 48 hours after your company has confirmed us the B LIn regards to our payment terms, we deal in USD and T T FOB terms. As mentioned above, we will settle the balance within 48 hours after we've received the Shipment Docs (Commercial Invoice, B L, ect.) from you.
