Dear Sirs!Our company - URAL-SIBERIAN INDUSTRIAL COMPANY (Yekaterinburg, Russia) - is the lead firm of one of the largest metallurgical holdings of Ural-Siberian region. Really, series of the large metallurgical plants are included into structure of our holding.At present time is necessary for us to put into execution the lining of 100-ton and 30-ton ladles (please see attached pictures for design of a steel ladle and full technology of fusion of metal).For this reason now we are interested in acquisition the complete set of refractory materials for full lining of the steel ladles.Below we adduce required working parameters for both ladles:1) Method and the organization arc-furnace steelmaking (technological schema):The ladle pot is filling with the fused metal from several EAF ovens with capacity 25, 15 and 10 tons (in some cases with repetition of swimming trunks).Weight of a processed metal from 30 to 100 tons.Working regime - continuous.2) The basic characteristics of a technological cycle:Ladle capacity - 100 or 30 tons (it is important - height of a freeboard of ladle should be 400 mm and 370 mm correspondingly).Time of stay of a steel in a ladle pot from 2 till 8 o'clock.Time of teeming of steel - 30-50 minutesTime of empty running - from 24 till 120 o'clockBlowing time by argon - till 480 minutes.Duration of heating - till 450 minutes.3) Assortment of steel:carbon steel - 10%;low-alloyed steel - 60%;alloy steel - 20%;heavily alloyed steel - 10%.4) Ladle temperature: average - 1570 C; maximum - 1600 C.5) Temperature of lining before fusing 1100-1200 C.6) Composition of slag: CaO = 55-60%; SiO2 = 14-17%; FeO = 0.40-1.30%.Slag bed depth - 100-300 mm.Basicity of slag - 2.4-3.5%.And, at last, the most important - is desirable, that each lining withstand without damage not less than 30 swimming trunks!So, Sirs, we are ready to consider any your offers on the lining which would correspond to our technological conditions and we would appreciate very much if you send us, as soon as possible, the Proforma Invoice (with full specifications of all components of the lining) on these our Orders on condition of shipment DAF Zabaikalsk (Manzhouli) by train.Moreover, please inform us regarding the information of delivery period, conditions of payment and quality of packing.We should be grateful for an early reply.Yuri Lukin,Department of Import & Export,Ural-Siberian Industrial CompanyOur address:620062, Yekaterinburg, Lenina str. 68RUSSIA:+7 (343)-3727916 (17) or +7 (343)-2637823 (24)Fax: +7 (343)-3727967 (68)
