Dear Diesel Supplier, I have been appointed by our in house buyer to source legitimate diesel suppliers oil refineries & due diligence on diesel suppliers oil refineries preferably from Russia that can supply 35 000 mt of Diesel x 12 month contract FOB or CIF transaction to a country in North East Africa if possible. I require the following documents and answers to the following questions for our due diligence for the in house buyer: !) Copy of your company's (Suppliers Oil Refinery incorporation registration documents) 2) Copy of suppliers oil refinery license. 3) Company's board of directors ( Full list of company directors & company profile with web references etc) 4) Company's capacity of Diesel exports 5) Lead time of shipping exports 6) Appliance to specifications 6) Shipping history of diesel exports 7) Shipping clients references 8) Shipping lead procedure 9) Payment instruments LC required. 10) 2% to 2,5% Performance Bond 11) FOB price for approximately 35 000 MT of Diesel Once we are satisfied that your company is a legitimate diesel D2 supplier oil refinery we will introduce you directly to the buyer directly to expedite the process to conclude the transaction. We have received go ahead from one of the directors of an export import company that Is dealing directly with the in house buyer to purchase the next 35,000 mt of diesel loaded on vessel to be supplied with L C at sight which will be activated by suppliers 2% minimum performance bond in bank. I need written confirmation on company letterhead that you can supply the exact diesel fuel specifications required by buyer. N.B: If the exact diesel specs are not supplied the fuel will be rejected at port of discharge by the Government. Please send me an requesting the specifications required by buyer if you can supply.
