The previous buyers of these cargos defaulted and they are our old time buyers but since they defaulted and we now owe the shipping company the cost of shipping charges already because the contract between our esteem refinery and the shipping company has expired because it was only to ship the cargo to the end buyer which they defaulted and the shipping company brought the cargo back which is now against the chartered agreement signed. Hence we want to re sell while the cargo is still onboard. Hope to build a long term relationship with you and your esteem buyer.
