Dear sales, We are interested in procuring the equipment necessary for setting up a brake pad manufacturing factory in Turkey, with a yearly capacity of 600k-1000k sets. we intend to by ready back plates and would like to request a quotation for the following equipment and any other items you suggest: Mixing Equipment: We require a mixer with a high-speed blade, capable of producing a homogeneous mix of materials, with a capacity of several hundred liters and operating at speeds ranging from 500 to 3000 rpm. Curing Oven: We require a curing oven with a temperature range of 150°C to 250°C, a maximum temperature of around 300°C, and several chambers with a total length of 10 to 30 meters or more. Grinding Machine: We require a grinding machine with a rotating abrasive wheel that can grind several hundred brake pads per hour to the required thickness and shape. The machine should be equipped with automatic feeding and ejection systems. Inspection Equipment: We require visual inspection systems, hardness testers, and other measuring equipment for inspection purposes. The visual inspection system should have a camera with a resolution of 1 to 10 microns, while the hardness tester should have a load range of 10 to 500 kg. Packaging and Labeling Equipment: We require shrink-wrapping machines, label printers, and conveyor systems capable of handling a wide range of packaging sizes and shapes and operating at speeds of 50 to 200 packages per minute.
