Dear Sir. I am requiring the spring loaded Jaguar mascot to have "light up eyes". This will require the eyes being drilled (3.5mm) through the eyes into the Jaguar body. Another hole of 5.5 mm will need to be drilled up through the underside of the rear of the Jaguar body, behind the spring mechanism to connect internally with the 2 "eye holes previously drilled. 3mm fibre optic cable can then be passed through the "eye holes" to terminate through the 5.5mm hole. The fibre optic cable can then be secured with clear resin and neatly cut at the eyes and the underside of the Jaguar. A corresponding 5.5mm hole will need to be drilled through the base of the mascot, so that, when the parts are assembled they ith the previously drilled 5.5 mm hold in the underside of the Jaguar. A bright 5mm LED Will need to be fitted into the hole in the base to fit the LED, but the LED fitting must be fitted flush with the base to allow the spring loaded mechanism to work unhindered when assembled. To fit the mascot, mounting holes will need to be drilled in the hood in the usual way, with an additional hole being drilled in the hood of the car to pass the cables. Initially I would like to purchase around 300 units with red LED's. Hopefully, once advertised to the Jaguar community, I will purchase many more. Obviously, if you can make this for me, I will try to provide more detailed instructions and drawings sketches of the intended finished product: The mascots will need to be shipped to Malta.
