Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order along with the Company profile. 2. Title Holder verify Buyer Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order with Company Profile and issues Sales & Purchase Agreement signs, seals and sends it to the Buyer for Buyer’s signature and seal (with amendments if any), 3.
