Presently we are making door bell "ding dong" & "Multi-tunes" using all the leaded components like resistor , diode, transistor, E cap. & COB chip.0.5W 8OHM SPEAKER 56MM DIA. Our monthly requirement is around 40000 to 45000pcs for both models. Now we want to convert this PCB into CHIP mounted components & shall use otp IC SMD CHIP equivalent to SXD2011-014A or FR 2011 in place of COB, please let us know the availability of the flash chip. we will share the PCB circuit with you accordingly you can convert the leaded component pcb into smd components, we shall buy the PCBA without wires, which we shall solder at our end. WE ARE USING 230V AC SUPPLY TO OPERATE THE BELL ALSO USING 2X1.5V AA BATTERY FITTED INSIDE THE PLASTIC CASING.
