Our company started manufacturing operation in January 2007 and has focused on heavy gauge thermoforming with 2000sqm production floor area. The thermoforming process is controlled with PLC system. 6 axis robotic routers have been introduced for keep high quality of products. The maximum forming size is 3000x2000x800mm with sheet thickness of 10mm. With many years experiences in plastic industry, we have very strong engineering capability. Starting from beginning of product development, we have expertise to communicate and discuss with customer on the part design, structure modification and tool desgin.
