1. Product Introduction

Forged Grinding Steel Balls Diameter:20-150mm Hardness: HRC55-65Steel Materials: middle carbon alloy steel, its purpose is to reduce its fragility to assure its good toughness and impact in the SAG mill.Application: Widely used in SAG Mill and Ball mills for gold mines, and copper mineral processing plants.

Processing: The production process is using upset forging and rotary forging. The balls undergo the heat treatment of one quench and twice temper. As a result, the grinding balls have a better inner structure and density to improve the grinding efficiency and reduce the grinding balls' consumption.

New Technology: Our newly invented Intelligent Upsetter Line can produce 40 pieces per minute for diameter 100mm balls (250 tons per day) and 240 pieces for 60-80mm balls, which is the third only sets in the world and the first set in Asia, and the second Upsetter line is under manufacturing. The current annual capacity is 350,000 tons, and it will be nearly 500,000 tons after the second Upsetter line is finished.

3. Quality Control and Quality Assurance

We guarantee to purchase the special raw steel material for grinding balls from large Steel Mills in China, and there we have specific requirements about the Chemical Element, nonmetal impurity, Segregation, Center Unsoundness, Compression Ratio;

We have a full set of inspection facilities, like the Spectrometer, Dropping Testing Equipment, Impact Value Testing Equipment, Hardness Testing Equipment, and Microstructure Equipment…., which are verified by periodic time, that assured the digits are exact;

All grinding balls will be produced in the automatic production line, and it can make the first ball to the last one have balanced quality.

We have long-term cooperation with the reputed agency to make certificates for the products, like SGS, MTS, etc.

4. Delivery Schedule and Assurance

Delivery of all the grinding balls will be completed within three months from the date of the Letter of Intent/PO. After contract finalization, we will form a Contract Document to illustrate the detailed activity schedule.

Raw material Guarantee: We have a long-term cooperative relationship with three of the top ten steel mills in China. A confidentiality agreement will be signed with the steel mills according to the bid‐winning quantity and the required delivery schedule, we will buy the steel material to our factory over 1.5 months in advance, and keep one month’s stock for raw material.

Power Assurance: We are the local key exporting company and we have two special power lines to ensure the common production. If one power line has a problem, we can use the other power line.

Stock Guarantee: We have a reasonable stock of grinding balls about 500-1000tons, so we can fully meet your change of requirement.

Logistics Guarantee: We have long-term cooperation with many famous shipping and Logistics companies, and we will book the vessel in advance to make timely delivery and will make sure the transportation and customs clearance.

5. Service

After we win the tender, we can offer engineer-resident service for the mine site; during the period from commissioning to the Normal production, our technical experts will 24 hours be ready to offer training, guidance, coordination, and service at any time.

Our technical team will have a regular visit to the site three times every year, and propose the improvement plan according to the actual working condition of the site after talking with the on-site technical engineer to reduce operation costs and create benefits for the site;
