UNITED DATA SERVICES, erstwhile partnership FIRM, started in 2003, has been exclusively handling Projects from Government Organizations only. The same has been converted into a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY as per Chapter IX of the Companies Act-1956 since 10th March-2010, thus allowing the Company to enjoy the status co position of the erstwhile Firm (of its technical and financial status since its inception in 2003) with Registered Office at Chennai and Corporate Office at Coimbatore. The Registered Office has been transferred to Coimbatore vide Order No.SRN No.A.85556280/21.2.2010.
The Company has been pioneered by Mr.L.Ravikrishnan, Managing Director of the Company, a retired Bank Officer (on VRS) and showing remarkable performance by creating employment opportunities for many persons. The other Directors, Mrs.JayanthiRavikrishnan, also a retired bank official, taking care of the Finance portfolio.
The Company has been executing assignments exclusively from Government Organizations and DistrictCollectorates of Tamilnadu, ELCOT-CHENNAI, Bharat Electronics Ltd, Bangalore, ITI Ltd, Palakkad, Kerala and ECIL-Hyderabad, through Tenders since 2003 in the field of Data Entry Operations(Digitization), Scanning with meta data entry,laser printing, Biometric solutions, Election Photo Identification Cards, Web Streaming of Polling Stations and Counting Centers during Elections etc.
Some of the salient features in hitherto performances:-
* The Company has undertaken and completed millions of pages in laser printing of Electoral Rolls, being an authorized vendor from Election Department-Tamil nadu State since 2005.
* More than 100 million data entries were done in Digitization of Archival Records so far for the above said Clients.
* Four million Aadhaar were generated by our field staff using Biometric Enrolmets during 2013-16, especially to BEL-Bangalore.
* 1.5 million Biometric Enrolments were done towards the production of Tamilnadu Health Insurance Scheme-2009-10.
* The Company has undertaken the Socio Economic Caste Census-2011 Project (SECC-2011-Bulk door to door Data Entry) from Bharat Electronics Limited-Bangalore (BEL) and achieved 96% target of 2.49 Crore population in Tamilnadu, covering 11 Districts and the Project value is Rs.27.89Crore, employing 11439 Data Entry Operators and 1667 DBAs and the Tender Value was Rs.26 cr.
* In the field of web streaming of Polling Stations and Counting Centers for Election Departments during Elections, Our Company stands second to none and our remarkable achievements are as follows:-
- 17000 polling stations were web streamed during 2014 Tamilnadu LokSabha Elections along with counting centers in 232 Assembly Constituencies.
- 7200 polling stations were web streamed during 2014 A.P. State LokSabha Elections.
- 27000 polling stations were web streamed during 2016TamilnaduGeneral Elections along with counting centers in 232 Assembly Constituencies.
- 9000 polling stations were web streamed during 2017 General Elections held in Punjab and Manipur States.
We have taken up new assignment in Surveillance CCTV Project for an University in Coimbatore, for a value of Rs.3.50 cr.
The Company is an Enrolling Agency (EA) under UIDAI –New Delhi, since 2012.
The Company, an NSIC Member,ISO 9001-2015 Certified and CRISIL rated as SE 3B (Moderate Performance Capability and Moderate Financial Strength).
Our Company is an active member of NASSCOM.
Now We are planning to supplying Covid 19 related products to local Government through our partner concern and our Company is importer of Nitrile Examination powder free gloves from overseas.
