Each supply chain has a specific SOP that must be followed without deviation from the buy-side. The buyer must accept this SOP, complete an NCND, provide an LOI and AML document as a minimum. If you are a proxy buyer, this must be stipulated at the start of our business, and authorization from the actual buyer must be submitted. The method of proofing up by the end buyer should be noted, funds must be in a rated US bank.
