A company success is largely based on the ongoing commitment to some values and its fair and transparent approach to business. Muaz Fashion Ltd has initiated a code of conduct for its business dealings and as a way of obey rules of the apparel industry. This Code sets out the basic standard of conduct for all staff employed by the Company and its subsidiaries, and Deal with problems and concerns in a mature manner according to Muaz Fashion Ltd.’s Policies and Procedures.• Fair dealing – Director and employees of the company shall endeavor to deal fairly with thecompanies’ customers, suppliers, dealers, competitors and the buyers. Employees including Directors of the company shouldn't take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts or any other unfair dealing practice.• Cordial relations-The director and employees of the company should make all efforts to establish cordial relationships with each other.• Gifts, gratuities& other consideration- Our people are responsible for behaving ethically, morally and legally at all times. This includes never using their position, company property or information to improperly gain benefits for themselves or anyone else Muaz fashion does, however recognizes the need from time to time to give or accept customary business courtesies in accordance with ethical business practices, particularly in some countries, it is recognized that the giving of gifts is part of the business and social culture of that particular country.• Confidentiality- Confidential information is information which is not publicly available and relates to the business affairs of Muaz, its clients, customers and suppliers. It could be anything from business strategies, product designs, marketing and sales plans, financial plans and forecasts, trade secrets, customer or employee information, sales or margin performances• And supplier information and pricing. All of our people required to take the utmost care to ensure the integrity and security of all confidential information, including keeping their work area and computer secure at all times. This obligation of confidentiality continues even after an individual’s relationship with Muaz ceases.• Privacy- Personal information is any information or opinion about an identifiable person. Muaz Fashion is committed to ensure the privacy of any kind of confidential or personal information of anyone. All kind of information should be kept private for the company’s sake.• Stake holders both internal and external should ensure that all records, receipts, accounts or other documents they submit to the Company give a true representation of the facts, events or business transactions as shown in the document. any other kinds of Intentional use of documents containing false information to deceive or mislead the Company, regardless of whether there is any gain or advantage involved, may constitute a serious offence.• No forced labor- We shall not allow any form of forced or unethical labor in their manufacturers and suppliers.• No child labor- Manufacturers and suppliers shall not employ anyone who is under 16 years old. Child labor is totally prohibited by the government and we are also well aware about this sensitive issue. Person with the age between of 16 and 18 years will be considered young workers.• We do not practice Discrimination over manufacturers and suppliers with regards the recruitment, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination of the employment agreement or retirement, based on race, caste, creed, nationality, religion, age, physical and mental disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, and or union membership or political affiliation.• All staff is prohibited from soliciting, accepting or offering any bribe in conducting the Company’s business or affairs.• Never exercise Harsh or inhumane treatment- Manufacturers and suppliers shall treat their employees with dignity and respect. In any circumstances shall physical punishment, racial harassment or intimidation will not be permitted.• Safe and hygienic working conditions-manufacturers and suppliers shall provide a safe and healthy workplace to their employees, ensuring minimum conditions of light, ventilation, fire prevention, safety measures and access to a drinking water supply. Manufacturers and suppliers shall take the required steps to prevent accidents and injuries to health of their workers, by minimizing as much as possible the risk inherent to work.• Wages are paid- manufacturers and suppliers shall ensure that wages paid meet at least the minimum legal. In any event, wages should always be compared to current inflation rate and enough to meet at least the basic needs of workers and their families and any other which might be considered as reasonable additional needs. Manufacturers and suppliers shall not make any deductions from wages for disciplinary purposes, or for any reasons other than those provided in the applicable regulations, without the express authorization of workers. Manufacturers and suppliers shall also ensure that wages and any other allowances or benefits are paid on time.• If a staff member wishes to take up employment outside the Company, he must seek the prior written approval of the approving authority. The approving authority should consider whether the outside employment would give rise to a conflict of interest with the staff member’s duties in the Company or the interest of the Company. Relationship with Suppliers, Contractors and Customers Gambling• Managers and supervisors should also ensure that the staff under their supervision understand well and comply with this Code. Employees in breach of this Code will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination of appointment. • Working hour is not excessive- Manufacturers and suppliers shall adjust the length of the working day to the revisions of the applicable laws. Manufacturers and suppliers shall not require their employees to work, as a rule of thumb, in excess of 48 hours a week and workers shall be granted at least one day off for every 7 calendar day period on average. Overtime shall be voluntary, shall not exceed 12 hours per week, and shall not be demanded on a regular basis. • Responsibility- We considers ourselves responsibility for the quality of our product, for the impact of our actions, for a perfect execution of the tasks our customer has entrusted us with. • Integrity & honesty- we possess integrity and honesty when carrying out our work, in our relationships with customers, agents and factories and when reporting results to our customers as well as towards our company. • Staff must not misuse their official position in the Company to pursue their own private interests, which include both financial and personal interests and those of their family members, relatives or close personal friends. • Staff in charge of or having access to any Company assets, including funds, property, information, and intellectual property, should use them solely for the purpose of conducting the Company’s business. Unauthorized use, such as misuse for personal interest, is strictly prohibited. • Bribes and facilitation payments- Muaz Fashion Ltd does not or will not allow the making of payments or payment in kind to induce others to make favorable business decisions. Therefore, bribes, secret commissions and similar payment are strictly prohibited and are unlawful in most countries. All kinds of bribery are strictly prohibited in our company. • Responsibility- We considers ourselves responsible for the quality of our product, for the impact of our actions, for a perfect execution of the tasks our customer has entrusted us with. • Integrity & honesty- we possess integrity and honesty when carrying out our work, in our relationships with customers, agents and factories and when reporting results to our customers as well as towards our company. • Privacy- Personal information is any information or opinion about an identifiable person.
