Who are we?We are a Ukrainian company that manufactures BBQ charcoal and other cooking woods. All our products are made from 100% natural Applewood which we source from thousands of abandoned apple orchards in Ukraine. After trees are cleared and utilized, we then proceed to land treatment and planting of new fruit trees. Without any government support, we strive to provide local communities with jobs and revive once lost beauty of traditional rural life. Why Applewood? This fruitwood is known for its great delicate taste and subtle aroma that is already widely employed in smoking meats and other grills. But very few know that applewood has very high heat output and unprecedently quick lightning. This wood also gives very little ash and virtually no smoke. But given so many pros there must be cons as well! Normally cooking with applewood doesn't stay long. Through the countless number of trials and errors, our production team learned how to overcome this problem. Before we cook our char, we only handpick only largest pieces of wood. Then in our state-of-art kilns, we keep freshly cut applewood chunks for an extended time period under precisely controlled environment to guarantee our customers solid 4-6 hours cooking experience. We only use our own trees and we can give our word that is not been contaminated with any chemical treatments for the last 15 years. This means that the end customer is fed with 100% safe foods while cooked on our products. Our Products:
