Jiangmen Champ Lampbase Co.,Ltd is a professional lampbase mamufacturer and R&D factory, which was established in Sep, 2009. There are professional tech staff in charge of mould design and manufacturing job, with stable teamwork management including R&D, Production, Finance, QC. Champ owns all necessary machines used for lathe, mill, polish, drill and weld. There are five assembling lines for lamp base cover production and 5 sets of injection molding machines. The production capacity quantity is 300 million per year. Champ has achieved ISO 9001 (UKAS 28698), with QC system from customer order receipt, materials purchase, materials testing, production inspection, finished-goods inspection to type inspection to feedback of customer complaint, which prompts quality and service more steady and improving. Champ has achieved various national patents. All products have been got SGS report, which conforms to standards of EU and North America security and environment protection. After 5 years of development, Champ has formed solderless lampbase series of E27,E26,E14,E11,B22 with materials of copper, aluminum and iron.
