Our company is a technology-oriented company. We focus on the research and development of various types of vibration controlling devices/products and marine devices. We are specialized in designing and developing all types of vibration/shock isolators and shaft sealing devices. Our products have been used in industries such as electronics, aerospace, marine and vessel, vehicle, nuclear power, subway train, bridge and large-scale construction. R&D Background Since 1983, our technical team has made below achievements: We have independently designed and developed GG Series All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolators; We have taken the leadership in making several military standards for electronic and marine industries, i. e., the General Specifications For All-Metal Wire Cable Vibration Isolators (SJ20593-96) and Specification For Wire-Cable Vibration Isolators Of Ships (GJB6412-2008); We have independently completed a few national research projects, for example, Shock Isolation Technology For Naval Vessel Stern Shaft Seal and Hydraulic-Air Spring Vibration Isolators; We have cooperated with some other universities, government departments and military departments in doing quite a few research projects, for example, The Research On Marine Shaft Vibration, The Anti-Explosion and Anti-Shock Performance of Ship Structure and The Vibration & Shock Isolation ; Technology For XXX Rudder Control Room, The Performance of CW Series Marine Shaft Fluid Sealing Device, The Dynamic Feature of the vibration isolation device for water jet For XXX Ship Shafts, XXX Anti-Shock Shelter Construction, Marine Shaft Accessories, etc. All these achievements have built a solid technical foundation for our R&D work, based on which, the quality of our products is also secured. Quality Assurance System We have passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 and GJB9001A-2001 (China military QMS standard) certifications. We are able to provide our customers with products of military standard and timely delivery, because: We set up QA requirements, manufacturing work flow and quality check standard for each individual project; We implement quality tracking throughout the whole project life cycle to minimize the defect rate of the products; We push checking standard for critical projects up to military standard whenever necessary.
