As of 2019, KOWA has three factories in Dalian Bay, Jinshitan and Double D Port, which integrate marine aquaculture, production and processing, international trading, food research and development, industrial tourism and catering services. These factories can produce more than 200 kinds of products in various categories such as aquatic products, meat, vegetables, snack foods, seasonings, and flour products, among which frozen aquatic raw materials and seasoned products are KOWA’s superior products. The self-owned seaweed breeding base and the long-term and stable supply of overseas raw materials ensure the consistency and stability of the raw materials required for the products. In 2017, with the strategic adjustment and the continuous market expansion, in order to better serve domestic and foreign catering and retail enterprises, KOWA invested in the construction of central kitchen industrial park with a total area of 42,000 square meters in the Dalian free trade zone, and launched the "Seafood Central Kitchen". The project has six production lines: sauce and soup bag, Halal vegetarian food and vegetables, seasoned seafood and grilled fish, barbecue delicatessen and snack foods, seasoned meats, flour products central kitchen. It is equipped with pasta machine, dumpling machine, vacuum cooling machine, automatic rice cooking machine, multi-function cutting machine and automatic packing line, vegetable cleaning line and so forth. The single line single shift capacity has reached 20 tons per day and annual output has reached fifty thousand tons.
