We recommend looking for a factory based in Asia – there is no point looking anywhere else as it takes such a long time to communicate if they don’t speak English. Our favorite countries are China, Vietnam, and India but please be careful when choosing Pakistan as some factories use child labor (and also produce shocking quality!). We always thoroughly over samples before awarding any contracts!
How do you choose the right one?
First, ask for their ‘price per unit which will include fabric and logos. Some companies will charge extra to file your logo so be careful! Instead, you can use a logo generator to create one for yourself. Make sure they give you a photo of the sample first – just in case it’s not what you wanted (it happens to all of us!). If the price is too good to be true then it probably is. We have found factories that offer excellent service at great prices but there are other hidden costs like packaging, delivery, etc…so make sure you find out about these before awarding any contracts.
